All work is created to order and may vary based on the client's selections, quantities, materials, production methods, and event requirements.

Because each project is individually created, pricing is not automatically determined by the appearance of a particular item shown on the Website.

Prices may vary based on:

  • Printing method

  • Size

  • Fabrication

  • Custom artwork

  • Personalization

  • Calligraphy

  • Hand finishing

  • Assembly

  • Production requirements

  • Delivery

  • Installation

  • Rentals

  • Timeline

  • Rush requirements

Any pricing displayed on the Website is for informational purposes unless specifically identified as a final price.

A project is not considered booked or confirmed until Studio Cloud IX has received the required signed agreement, deposit or payment, and any other requested information.

4. Inquiries & Quotes

Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a project.

All quotes and proposals are subject to availability and may be affected by:

  • Event date

  • Production schedule

  • Material availability

  • Vendor availability

  • Quantity changes

  • Design revisions

  • Changes in scope

  • Shipping requirements

  • Rush timelines

Unless otherwise stated in writing, proposals and quotes are valid for the period specified in the proposal.

A quote does not constitute a binding agreement to provide services until accepted by both parties in accordance with the applicable proposal or service agreement.

5. Deposits & Payments

Payment terms will be provided in the applicable proposal, invoice, or client agreement.

Depending on the project, Studio Cloud IX may require a non-refundable retainer or deposit to reserve design and production time.

Work may not begin until required payments and approvals have been received.

If an invoice becomes overdue, Studio Cloud IX may pause work, withhold delivery, or suspend services until the outstanding balance is paid.

Additional costs resulting from changes in scope, quantity, materials, shipping, rush production, or other client-requested changes may be invoiced separately.

6. Design Process & Revisions

Custom projects require collaboration between Studio Cloud IX and the client.
