Save the dates are typically sent 6–8 months before your wedding, while invitations should be mailed 8–12 weeks before the big day. Day-of stationery and signage are usually finalized 4–6 weeks before your wedding.

Yes! While Studio Cloud Nine is based in Los Angeles, we happily work with couples throughout California and across the United States. Most of our design process is completed virtually, and finished products can be shipped directly to you or your venue.

We offer everything from save-the-dates and invitation suites to day-of stationery and event signage, including welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, menus, place cards, ceremony programs, bar signs, favor tags, and more. If you have a unique idea, we'd love to bring it to life.

Once you inquire, we'll discuss your wedding details, style, and stationery needs. From there, we'll create custom design concepts, make revisions based on your feedback, and prepare everything for production. Yes! In addition to custom stationery and signage, we offer a growing collection of event rentals to help complete your wedding day. Our current rental inventory includes customizable pedestals that are perfect for displaying seating charts, welcome signs, event schedules, or directional signage, as well as large mirrors that can be personalized as elegant welcome signs, seating charts, or other statement pieces.
